It’s been a while since this blog has been updated, and it’s due to the busy nature of our business! For the past couple of months, LNE Consulting has continued to evolve and grow and the whole team has been busy, busy, busy making things happen.
The King Kong VS Godzilla contest ended at the end of January at the Annual Keys to Success meeting in Dallas, Texas. We would like to officially announce that the winners are KING KONG!!! The winning office is located in New Jersey, with Duran Kelly and Nick Zimmerman and along with their fantastic administrator, Amanda Ficara, setting the pace with their growth and success. Amanda, who has been instrumental in the growth of the office, started with the company after she graduated from Monmouth University, receiving a degree in business with a concentration in marketing. She cites what inspires her to be successful as “the people I surround myself with, whether it be friends, family, or coworkers.” Amanda, Duran and Nick are pictured here along with their trophies.
On another note, our Annual Organizational Top Gun Meeting will be held this week, April 22nd in California. We would like to congratulate Steven Basar for being chosen to attend this meeting! The Top Gun Meeting is held for individuals who have exemplary leadership skills and perform consistently. At Top Gun, LNE will be rewarding and recognizing the success of a top-performing leader by having him or her meet with upper level executives and have an opportunity to pick their brain while continuing to strengthen their skills and development within the company.
Steve has been instrumental in setting the pace in our office and being a model leader. LNE is excited to see his continual growth and advancement within the company. Way to Go Steve!!
